| |  | Flaming June....... What is happening to our weather? So much for global warming. It would be really nice to see the sun for more than one day at a time. As a result I have invested in a stronger, more waterproof gazeboo for the next event which is fast approaching on the 29th June.
Halesworth Food, Drink and Craft fair can be a lovely event (weather permitting) with the Thoroughfare in Halesworth packed from top to bottom with stalls selling jewellery to clothes, antiques and knick-knacks, and all sorts of locally produced food and drink. A lot of the shops are open for business too and of course the pub and coffee shops.
We are hoping that the weather won't be so unkind as to rain two years on the go but of course that didn't apply to Framlingham Gala which I think was worse than last year!! Good old British weather.
The birthstone for June is Pearl or Moonstone. I have some lovely designs of earrings and pendants in Moonstone and for pearl pretty pendants and bracelets with BIWA pearl inserts. Do a search in the catalogue area and the system will find them all for you.

| About Jaipur Jewels UK Jaipur Jewels UK is a small business run by myself, Helen Barker, with support from my husband Stephen and immediate family (mainly in the babysitting department when I am out at the weekend!).
I have always had a fascination for jewellery that dates back to my teenage years when I was lucky enough to travel the Far East with my parents. I have been looking for a business that I can run from home as I have a young daughter who is now at school full-time.
I have been lucky enough to team up with a manufacturer in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and started Jaipur Jewels UK importing my first consignment from them in December 2004. The general public response was excellent and was closely followed by a bigger second order which contained a new selection of earrings and pendants. Since then several more have followed! I have also added a range of pashmina type scarves which are only available from Ufford Park or at shows and events - too many variations and colours to list on the website!
You can purchase items directly from the Jaipur Jewels UK website through the totally secure payment system, all items listed are in stock (unless marked otherwise) and will be sent to you within a few days. If you are local you can go to Ufford Park Hotel near Woodbridge where I have a display cabinet and purchase from them direct. Alternatively if you have a look at the Shows and Events section you will see that I am exhibiting at a range of craft and general events in my local area. You will be able to come and try, feel and see the beautiful quality and workmanship of the lovely items I am selling.
