Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
UK buyers may send payment by cheque drawn against a UK bank made payable to "Sandlings Ltd".
We accept credit card payments through PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account to be able to do this. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling will be calculated for you in the Checkout area.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as payment has been cleared. UK cheques - please allow 5 working days for clearance - we will normally send your order to you within 3 business days after that. International orders and UK orders paid through PayPal again we will allow 5 working days for payment to clear (unless you are a registered PayPal user). Overseas orders please allow 5 working days for delivery after payment clearance period. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that unless you select the Recorded Delivery (UK only) or International Signed for we will not be responsible for replacement of any lost or damaged items sent by post.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Sandlings Ltd are not VAT registered. We therefore have not charged you VAT on your order.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed through our website, your card details are captured and secured by PayPal and are fully protected by their SSL certification.
We have no access to your card details at all. The Jaipur Jewels website only holds information about what you have ordered, how much it was and where to send it to.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction and ensure that all items are in excellent condition when they leave our premises. If a fault should be identified by you please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
